Graduate Talent Programme 2026 - Consumer Financial Services Division

Designed for outstanding graduates to give their careers a head-start by providing a rock-solid foundation in the banking and financial services industry. It is designed to prepare graduates for division-specific roles in OCBC Bank (Malaysia) Berhad (“OCBC Malaysia”) . We have carefully designed a 24-month structured programme with an opportunity to gain exposure from front to back office of the bank to help you build a strong banking foundation to achieve your career goals in the banking industry.

Requirements

  • You are graduating by 6 July 2026 (Start Date of GTP 2026).

  • Undergraduate / Postgraduate with satisfactory results in any discipline (Accounting, Banking, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, IT, Data Analytics, Actuarial, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Islamic Banking, etc.)

  • You have less than 2 years of working experience as of 6 July 2026.

  • You demonstrate a strong passion for the banking industry.

  • You possess outstanding extracurricular/internship achievements.

  • You exhibit strong leadership with a penchant for problem-solving and embracing new challenges.

  • Open-minded and able to work with colleagues from diverse cultures

  • You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
