You'll also need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and implementation of technology solutions.

What you do

  • Align Solution Design with Enterprise Strategy

  • Demonstrate strong understanding of enterprise infrastructure strategy and roadmap; ensure network architectures (campus, data center, WAN/SD-WAN, wireless, edge, cloud networking) align to blueprints, standards and guiding principles across on-prem and multi-cloud.

  • Deliver Comprehensive Solutions Design Artefacts

  • Produce HLD/MLD, deployment architectures, as-built documents and executable blueprints (IaC) for routing/switching, load balancing, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, network segmentation, and connectivity patterns including hybrid and intercloud.

  • Define and Evolve Architecture Design Patterns

  • Define reusable patterns for underlay/overlay (e.g., EVPN/VXLAN), SD-WAN, network virtualization, QoS, telemetry, and resilience; evolve standards for addressing, naming, versioning, and automation.

  • Deep Domain Expertise with Agility

  • Bring deep expertise in BGP/OSPF, MPLS, EVPN/VXLAN, L2/L3 designs, NAC, wireless (802.11ax), load balancers (L4–L7), cloud networking (VPC/VNet, TGW/ExpressRoute), and tooling for observability and performance.

  • Collaborate and Govern Effectively

  • Drive governance via Architecture/Platform forums; identify deviations/tech debt in network stacks and steer remediation plans and lifecycle upgrades with vendor roadmaps.

  • Hands-On Engagement with Delivery Teams

  • Partner with engineering/operations through build and cutover; create automation playbooks, test plans, and rollback/runbooks; ensure adherence to designs and SLOs for availability and latency.

  • Provide Expert Guidance and Support

  • Advise on complex troubleshooting, capacity planning, and performance tuning; mentor engineers on automation (e.g., Ansible/Python/Terraform) and best practices.

Who you are

  • 10+ years in large-scale enterprise networking across data center, campus, WAN/SD-WAN, and cloud connectivity.

  • Expertise in routing/switching (BGP, OSPF), network overlays (EVPN/VXLAN), load balancers, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, and NAC.

  • Hands-on with network automation and IaC (Ansible, Python, Terraform) and CI/CD integration for network changes.

  • Strong knowledge of cloud networking across AWS/Azure/GCP (VPC/VNet, Transit Gateway/ExpressRoute, PrivateLink/Peering).

  • Experience designing for resiliency, performance, and observability (NetFlow/IPFIX, SNMP, streaming telemetry).

  • Proven delivery of HLD/MLD, deployment architectures, and executable blueprints aligned to enterprise standards.

  • Certifications such as CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP/JNCIE, or equivalent are advantageous.

What we offer:

Competitive base salary. A suite of holistic, flexible benefits to suit every lifestyle. Community initiatives. Industry-leading learning and professional development opportunities. Your wellbeing, growth and aspirations are every bit as cared for as the needs of our customers.
