What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
Process Excellence & Project Support: Attach to the Business Management team, acting as a key liaison within the department and across the organization to support process excellence and project management initiatives.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Participate in workshop planning and assist in developing scorecards, metrics, and financial reports to drive departmental performance and track key results.
Process Improvement & Automation: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, leveraging your analytical skills to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
Stakeholder Engagement: Drive new ways of working and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the organization, delivering faster and more efficient service to both internal and external customers.
Data Analysis & Insights: Utilize your proficiency in Excel and Python to analyze data, identify trends, and provide valuable insights to support decision-making.
Trade Lifecycle Understanding: Gain an appreciation for the end-to-end flow of a trade lifecycle, from inception to completion.

Business Management within Treasury Operations is a strategic function responsible for driving continuous improvement and ensuring the efficient operation of our critical processes. You’ll work alongside experienced project managers, analysts, and Treasury professionals, gaining valuable insights and contributing to a collaborative team environment.

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree
Knowledge of common treasury products (FX, Securities) is a plus.
