What you do
Your responsibilities will include:
Project Tracking & Reporting: Assist in tracking and reporting the progress of strategic technology projects and programs, gaining hands-on experience with project management tools and techniques.
Project Documentation & Governance: Support the creation and maintenance of critical project documentation, including business cases, project charters, and status updates, ensuring adherence to governance frameworks.
Risk & Issue Management: Help maintain project risk logs, issue logs, and change requests, contributing to proactive risk mitigation and issue resolution.
Data Analysis & Visualization: Contribute to data analysis and visualization for project performance metrics, providing insights to inform decision-making.
Process Improvement & Collaboration: Participate in project reviews and contribute to process improvement initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Methodology Exposure: Gain exposure to both Waterfall and Agile project methodologies, understanding their strengths and applications in a dynamic environment.
