What you do
You will:
Assist with the planning and execution of key recruitment events for our internship programmes.
Prepare impactful recruitment materials and manage job postings across various platforms.
Source and actively recruit candidates through databases, social media, and campus networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify promising candidates.
Conduct interviews using established methods to assess candidate fit.
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process, building positive relationships.

Who you are
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
Possess hands-on experience with various recruitment processes.
Demonstrated experience in event planning and management.
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A collaborative team player with a proactive attitude.

What you'll do
- The intern will assist in planning and executing key recruitment events for internship programs, preparing recruitment materials, and managing job postings across various platforms. Responsibilities also include sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and serving as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process.
