You will:
Assist with the planning and execution of key recruitment events for our internship programmes.
Prepare impactful recruitment materials and manage job postings across various platforms.
Source and actively recruit candidates through databases, social media, and campus networks.
Screen resumes and applications to identify promising candidates.
Conduct interviews using established methods to assess candidate fit.
Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the selection process, building positive relationships.
