Head of Corporate & Property Services

What you do
Corporate & Central Procurement Management
Provide central coordination, oversight, and advisory services for all procurement activities.
Develop, implement, and govern procurement frameworks, policies, and procedural guidelines.
Ensure procurement planning, execution, and reporting meet regulatory and Group standards.
Manage authorized signatory records and oversee travel management services.
Vendor & Contract Management
Create, analyze, negotiate, and execute contracts across various business areas.
Maintain strong relationships with vendors and internal stakeholders.
Oversee contract documentation, correspondence, renewals, and closure.
Monitor compliance with regulatory requirements and address contractual issues or breaches.
Stay updated on changes to relevant rules and regulations from local authority and the Group
Corporate Real Estate & Facilities Management
Lead strategic property services and corporate real estate initiatives aligned with Group objectives under the guidance of HK Property Service Team.
Manage outsourced Facilities Management vendor for maintenance and facility management of bank‑owned and leased properties.
Lead office and branch renovation projects (e.g. Macau spatial plans, branch transformation).
Oversee divestment, leasing, and strategic real estate portfolio management.
Represent the Bank in dealings with property owners, landlords, and government authorities.
Technical Support Services
Oversee the delivery of telecommunication services across the Bank.
Manage market data subscription services and related vendor relationships.
Support system development, enhancements, and User Acceptance Testing (“UAT”) activities.
General Administration & Corporate Services
Supervise daily operations of Corporate & Property Services, including office administration, transportation, property management, and physical security.
Plan and organize staff recreation programs and corporate events.
Oversee bank car services to meet senior management needs.
Manage external vendors providing stationery and printed materials.
Compliance, Risk & Financial Management
Conduct compliance and risk assessments of departmental operations.
Ensure adherence to internal policies, audit requirements and regulatory standards.
Lead sustainability initiatives and monitor occupational safety & health, security training and fire drills.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial planning and cost‑saving initiatives.
Monitor operating expenses, authorization workflows and budget usage.
Who you are
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 10+ years of senior management experience leading sizeable teams in corporate services, property/facilities management, or related fields
Proven track record in procurement governance, contract management, and real estate strategy execution
Strong experience managing outsourced Facilities Management vendors and large‑scale renovation or transformation projects
Solid understanding of budgeting, financial planning, and compliance requirements
Proficient in English and Chinese
