What you do

Guide managers and employees on all people-related matters.
Partner with leaders to develop and implement HR initiatives.
Manage employee performance issues, including disciplinary action.
Analyse HR data to identify trends and inform decisions.

Who you are
You’ve a minimum of 10 years’ experience as a dedicated HR Business Partner.
You possess a university degree in any discipline.
You excel at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
You’re analytical, data-driven, and comfortable with metrics.
You communicate exceptionally, both verbally and in writing.
You’re resourceful and thrive in challenging, fast-paced environments.
You’re a proactive problem solver with strong judgment and discretion.

What you'll do
