Job Overview:
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality data analytics and management reporting to support the credit card and unsecured loan business. The candidate will play a key role in producing regulatory submissions, tracking business performance, and providing data insights to drive business growth
What You Will Be Doing:
Develop and maintain regular regulatory and business performance reports to monitor portfolio trends, campaign results, and key performance indicators.
Ensure regulatory data submissions are timely, accurate, and compliant with internal and external requirements
Conduct data analysis and automation to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality
Support management dashboards and ad hoc analysis to facilitate business decision-making
Prepare and draw insights from dashboard and turn into actionable recommendations
Continuously enhance data governance and quality assurance processes within the analytics infrastructure
What We Are Looking For:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline
At least 5 years of experience in credit card data analytics, preferably within the banking or financial services sector
Strong understanding of credit card and unsecured lending business metrics, performance drivers, and regulatory expectations
Solid and hands on experience with SAS, SQL and Python
Solid experience in Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or any visualization tool for report automation
Strong knowledge of Enterprise Big Data Platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure)
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
