Job Overview:
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality data analytics and management reporting to support the credit card and unsecured loan business. The candidate will play a key role in producing regulatory submissions, tracking business performance, and providing data insights to drive business growth

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Develop and maintain regular regulatory and business performance reports to monitor portfolio trends, campaign results, and key performance indicators.

  • Ensure regulatory data submissions are timely, accurate, and compliant with internal and external requirements

  • Conduct data analysis and automation to streamline reporting processes and improve data quality

  • Support management dashboards and ad hoc analysis to facilitate business decision-making

  • Prepare and draw insights from dashboard and turn into actionable recommendations

  • Continuously enhance data governance and quality assurance processes within the analytics infrastructure

What We Are Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related discipline

  • At least 5 years of experience in credit card data analytics, preferably within the banking or financial services sector

  • Strong understanding of credit card and unsecured lending business metrics, performance drivers, and regulatory expectations

  • Solid and hands on experience with SAS, SQL and Python

  • Solid experience in Power BI, Qlik, Tableau or any visualization tool for report automation

  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Big Data Platforms (e.g., Hadoop, Spark, AWS, Azure)

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
