About this role
REQUISITOS DEL PERFIL
Formación: Ingeniero de Minas, Geólogo o carreras afines (Colegiado y Habilitado).
Experiencia: Mínimo 05 años de experiencia comprobada en el área de QA/QC de Perforación y Voladura en operaciones de Tajo Abierto.
Acreditaciones: Carné SUCAMEC Vigente (Indispensable).
Software y Herramientas:
Dominio avanzado de BlastLogic (Excluyente).
Excel a nivel avanzado (Manejo de tablas dinámicas y macros).
Sólida capacidad de análisis de datos y reportabilidad estadística.
Competencias: Liderazgo de equipos operativos, enfoque preventivo en HSE y orientación a resultados bajo presión.
FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES
Liderazgo Operativo: Supervisar y dirigir las actividades de QA/QC en el frente de trabajo, asegurando la continuidad operativa 24/7.
Validación Técnica: Realizar y validar mediciones de campo (profundidad, taco, espaciamiento) y asegurar el cumplimiento de los checklists de perforación y carguío.
Control de Insumos: Supervisar el consumo de explosivos, accesorios de voladura y el rendimiento de aceros de perforación.
Gestión de Datos: Cargar y procesar información en BlastLogic para el análisis de KPI de voladura y generación de reportes técnicos por turno.
Aseguramiento de Calidad: Verificar el cumplimiento estricto de las especificaciones técnicas del diseño versus lo ejecutado en campo.
CONDICIONES LABORALES
Régimen: 10 días de trabajo por 10 días de descanso (10x10).
Horarios: Turno Día (06:30 – 19:00) / Turno Noche (18:30 – 07:00).

What you'll do
- Supervise and direct QA/QC activities in the field, ensuring operational continuity. Validate field measurements and ensure compliance with technical specifications.
