About this role
Requisitos:
Formación: Profesional Titulado, Colegiado y Habilitado en Ingeniería de Minas, Geológica, Metalúrgica, Química o Higiene y Seguridad Industrial.
Experiencia: Mínimo 3 años de experiencia como titulado en el ejercicio de la profesión o en el cargo de Supervisor de Seguridad en actividades mineras
Especialización: Diplomado en Seguridad, Salud y Medio Ambiente
Disponibilidad: Para laborar bajo régimen minero en Cajamarca (Fecha estimada de ingreso: 16 de marzo de 2026).
Funciones Principales
Supervisar de manera permanente las labores de campo para asegurar el cumplimiento de los estándares de seguridad.
Asesorar en la elaboración y revisión de herramientas de gestión (IPERC-C, ATS, PETAR).
Realizar inspecciones de seguridad, equipos y herramientas según el programa del Comité de SSO.
Liderar e impartir capacitaciones de alto riesgo y charlas de 5 minutos.
Reportar e investigar incidentes/accidentes bajo los estándares del proyecto.
Verificar el cumplimiento de los planes de Fatiga, Somnolencia y controles de materiales peligrosos.

What you'll do
- The supervisor will oversee field operations to ensure compliance with safety standards and provide guidance on management tools. They will also conduct safety inspections and lead training sessions.
