About this role
Estamos en la búsqueda de un profesional altamente calificado para ocupar la posición de Supervisor de Planeamiento y Control de Proyectos para trabajar en importante proyecto del sector hidrocarburos.
El objetivo principal será liderar la planificación estratégica, el seguimiento de cronogramas y el control de costos de las obras en campo, garantizando el cumplimiento de los estándares de calidad y plazos establecidos.
Requisitos:
Formación: Ingeniero Civil, Mecánico o Industrial (Titulado y Colegiado preferiblemente).
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia comprobada como Responsable de Planeamiento y Control.
Sector: Indispensable experiencia en el sector Hidrocarburos con ejecución de obras en Selva.
Software: Manejo indispensable de MS Project y/o Primavera P6.
Metodologías: Conocimiento sólido en gestión de proyectos bajo el enfoque del PMI.
Herramientas Ofimáticas: Manejo de Excel a nivel avanzado (tablas dinámicas, macros, gestión de data).
Funciones Principales:
Elaborar y actualizar el cronograma maestro del proyecto.
Realizar el seguimiento físico y financiero de las obras en el Lote 95.
Generar reportes de desempeño (Curva S, análisis de valor ganado, KPIs).
Coordinar con las áreas operativas para mitigar desviaciones en el plan original.

What you'll do
- The main objective is to lead strategic planning, schedule tracking, and cost control for field works, ensuring compliance with established quality standards and deadlines. Key functions include developing and updating the master project schedule and monitoring physical and financial progress of works at Lot 95.
