REQUISITOS:
· Técnico o bachiller en carreras administrativas o afines.
· Contar con 2 años mínimo de experiencia especifica.
· Conocimiento en office nivel intermedio.
· Manejo de SAP
FUNCIONES:
· Valorización de habilitaciones residenciales multifamiliares y comercios.
· Valorización de Manifolds.
· Valorización de mantenimientos quinquenales.
· Valorización de montantes.
· Control de montantes habilitadas.

What you'll do
- The role involves the valuation of residential multi-family habilitations and commercial properties, as well as the valuation of maintenance and manifolds. The manager will also control habilitated montants.
