Perfil del Candidato
Formación: Universitario Titulado y Colegiado en Arquitectura.
Experiencia: Mínimo 5 años de experiencia general en proyectos de habitabilidad y diseño de espacios.
Especialización: Diseño y planificación de proyectos modulares de habitabilidad.
Sólido conocimiento en normativas de habitabilidad y distribución funcional.
Enfoque en calidad estética y ergonomía.
Funciones Principales
Evaluación de Espacios: Supervisar la distribución y funcionalidad de los módulos para optimizar el flujo en áreas de cocina, comedor y lavandería.
Supervisión de Acabados: Controlar la calidad de acabados, sistemas de iluminación y ventilación según las especificaciones técnicas.
Coordinación Interdisciplinaria: Trabajar estrechamente con la supervisión de Ingeniería Civil para alinear los requerimientos técnicos con el diseño arquitectónico.
Control de Materiales: Verificar que los materiales utilizados cumplan con las fichas técnicas y estándares de durabilidad exigidos.

What you'll do
- The main responsibilities include supervising the distribution and functionality of modular spaces and controlling the quality of finishes and systems according to technical specifications. Additionally, the role involves coordinating with civil engineering supervision to align technical requirements with architectural design.
