You will manage technical onboarding, drive product adoption, assess risks, and lead <strong>TAM</strong>-driven initiatives across the company.<br>As the&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">on-the-ground TAM lead in Israel</strong>, you’ll also act as the connective tissue between our field team (primarily based in the US) and our engineering and product teams in Tel Aviv. You’ll be responsible for&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">managing internal TAM projects</strong>, aligning product priorities, and ensuring seamless feedback loops between customers and R&amp;D.<br>You’ll work directly with customers in&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Europe and select accounts in the US</strong>, making strong communication and project management skills essential.</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section">&nbsp;</div> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What You’ll Do</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Lead technical onboarding</strong>&nbsp;for enterprise customers, ensuring fast, secure deployments and successful implementations.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Manage CS collaboration with Product &amp; R&amp;D</strong>: act as the bridge between customers and engineering to prioritize feedback, track issues, and drive fixes and features.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Own internal CS project management</strong>: organize and manage all initiatives, tooling, documentation, and cross-functional dependencies owned by the CS team.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Conduct technical risk assessments</strong>&nbsp;and work with stakeholders to remove friction and adoption blockers.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Deliver high-impact enablement</strong>: provide training, usage guidance, and architecture sessions to security, DevOps, and infrastructure teams.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Drive product adoption and value</strong>: ensure customers meet success milestones and achieve outcomes aligned with their business goals.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Monitor account health</strong>&nbsp;and partner with Sales/Success to support renewals and identify CSQLs (Customer-Sourced Qualified Leads).</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Manage relationships across time zones</strong>: own customer engagements in the EU region, while supporting strategic accounts in the US.</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Be the voice of the customer</strong>&nbsp;in product and roadmap discussions.</li> </ul> <div class="p-rich_text_section"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">What We’re Looking For</strong></div> <ul class="p-rich_text_list p-rich_text_list__bullet p-rich_text_list--nested" data-stringify-type="unordered-list" data-list-tree="true" data-indent="0" data-border="0"> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">5+ years of experience in a&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Customer Success Engineer</strong>,&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">TAM</strong>,&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">Solutions Engineering</strong>, or&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">DevOps consulting</strong>&nbsp;role</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Experience working with&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">cloud security, identity, secrets management</strong>, and enterprise infrastructure</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0"><strong data-stringify-type="bold">Strong project management</strong>&nbsp;skills: able to run internal initiatives, manage timelines, and align multiple stakeholders</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Ability to engage with&nbsp;<strong data-stringify-type="bold">technical and executive personas</strong>, including DevOps, Platform, and Security leadership</li> <li data-stringify-indent="0" data-stringify-border="0">Excellent communicator in English (verbal and written);
