You’ll lead a talented team of engineers, build scalable infrastructure, and uncover security insights that help enterprises govern and secure their most critical digital connections.</p> <h3><strong>Why join us?</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Shape the future</strong>: Be at the forefront of securing NHI and Agentic AI, a space redefining how enterprises operate.</li> <li><strong>Lead with impact</strong>: Guide a team working on integrations at the heart of the Oasis platform, directly shaping how organizations secure NHI and AI-driven systems.</li> <li><strong>Cutting-edge challenges</strong>: From scaling cloud-native infra to securing billions of machine-to-machine interactions, you’ll tackle problems few companies are even thinking about today.</li> <li><strong>Grow engineers &amp; culture</strong>: Beyond building systems, you’ll build people: mentoring, coaching, and driving a culture of technical excellence.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What you’ll do</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Lead a team developing <strong>deep SaaS and cloud integrations</strong>, from design through production.</li> <li>Own delivery end-to-end: architecture, implementation, automated testing, CI/CD, and monitoring.</li> <li>Drive a culture of ownership, innovation, and continuous improvement.</li> <li>Partner with product managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.</li> <li>Mentor engineers and lead design/code reviews to ensure high-quality delivery.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>What we’re looking for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>2+ years leading engineering teams in <strong>cybersecurity</strong> or adjacent spaces.</li> <li>6+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on scalable architecture and system design.</li> <li>Strong understanding of <strong>security principles</strong> in modern cloud and SaaS environments.</li> <li>Proven ability to design and deliver high-performance, large-scale systems.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>Bonus points for</strong></h3> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>modern cloud infra</strong> (K8s, Docker, relational + NoSQL DBs, messaging systems).</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>AI infrastructure</strong> (Bedrock, Foundry, etc.) and <strong>AI coding agents</strong> (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.).</li> <li>Familiarity with&nbsp;<strong>identity and access security</strong>.</li> </ul> <p>At Oasis Security we believe that the business of business is to improve the state of our world.
