Position Summary

We are seeking a friendly and enthusiastic Popcorn Production Attendant to join our team at CFG Bank Arena. As a popcorn production attendant, you will be responsible for preparing and serving delicous popcorn to our guest while ensuring a positive and enjoyable experience for everyone. 

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 and is tip eligible.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and pop popcorn using professional popcorn making equipment 
• Serve popcorn to guest in a friendly and efficient manner
• Maintain a clean and organized popcorn station
• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and assisting gues with their popcorn selections
• Monitor and regulate temperature and cooking time to ensure the perfect popcorn consistency
• Replenish popcorn supplies as needed 
• Adhere to food safety and health regulations

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a popcorn popper or in a hospitality role is a plus
• Knowledge of popcorn making techniques and equipment is preferred 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously 
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift heavy bags of popcorn
