Location: Tropical Smoothie Cafe - North Springfield, MO

Essential Responsibilities:

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms and other areas in the café.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand and by O’Reilly Hospitality Management, LLC.
• Reports to work for scheduled shift, on time and in uniform in accordance with company policy.
• Verbally communicate with managers, co-workers, guests, and the public in a positive manner.
• Embrace O’Reach, Green Team, Guest Service, Team Member Satisfaction, Health & Wellness, and Safety culture.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Hours:

• Due to the nature of the business, scheduling may vary and include nights, weekends, and holidays.

Physical Requirements of the Position:

• Light Work: Exerting up to 40 pounds of force occasionally (Occasionally: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 of the time), and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently (Frequently: activity or condition exists up to 1/3 to 2/3 of the time), and/or a negligible amount of force constantly (Constantly: activity or condition exists up to 2/3 or most of the time) to move objects. Requires walking or standing to a significant degree.
• May be required to lift in excess of 40 pounds on occasion.

Physical Activity of the Position:

• Climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, walking, pushing, pulling, lifting, picking/pinching with fingers, typing, grasping, feeling, talking, hearing, repetitive motion.

Environmental Conditions:

• Inside: Protection from weather conditions but not necessarily from temperature changes. A job is considered “inside” if the worker spends approximately 75 percent or more of the time inside.
