We are seeking a Client Success Manager (CSM) to serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for our key strategic clients. In this critical role, you will ensure solutions run seamlessly while providing the technology and operational expertise needed to maximize value. Acting as the bridge between our technology and clients’ business objectives, the CSM will drive adoption, long-term satisfaction, and measurable success.

This position follows a hybrid schedule: Monday through Wednesday in the office, with the option to work from home on Thursday and Friday.
