As a Provider Recruitment Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the recruitment process for physicians and advanced practice providers. This position ensures a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling to pre-boarding, helping UHS attract and retain top clinical talent. $25.27 - $37.90 per hour, depending on experience

What You’ll Do

  • Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews for provider candidates.
  • Arrange travel accommodations, including hotel, car, and air travel.
  • Provide facility tours and ensure an excellent interview day experience.
  • Create a smooth pre-boarding process from contract signing through first day of employment.
  • Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure all forms and appointments are completed.
  • Collaborate with team members across to resolve issues and deliver a positive candidate experience.
  • Perform additional routine administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For

Education/Experience

Minimum Required:

  • High School diploma or equivalent with five years’ administrative support experience.

Preferred

  • Associate’s degree in applied science in administration or related field with one to three years’ (1-3) experience in an administrative support position
