Position Overview

This position ensures a seamless candidate experience from interview scheduling to pre-boarding, helping UHS attract and retain top clinical talent. What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and schedule onsite interviews for provider candidates.
- Arrange travel accommodations, including hotel, car, and air travel.
- Provide facility tours and ensure an excellent interview day experience.
- Create a smooth pre-boarding process from contract signing through first day of employment.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure all forms and appointments are completed.
- Collaborate with team members across to resolve issues and deliver a positive candidate experience.
- Perform additional routine administrative duties as needed.

What We’re Looking For
Education/Experience
Minimum Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent with five years’ administrative support experience.
Preferred
- Associate’s degree in applied science in administration or related field with one to three years’ (1-3) experience in an administrative support position
