SOC Lead/Engineer

Job Summary
We are seeking an adaptive, self-motivated Senior SoC Designer & Team Leader to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing a team of SoC engineers, ensuring designs meet organizational requirements, and making key technical decisions and recommendations. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to work independently or lead a team, are essential.

Job Responsibilities
Lead a team of SoC engineers, ensuring milestone achievement and on-time delivery to various teams.

Drive RTL design and coding for multiple sections of the SoC using Verilog and SystemVerilog.

Architect and integrate SoC around key components, interfaces, and IPs.

Contribute to silicon debug and provide product support as needed.

Collaborate across teams to ensure design quality and adherence to specifications.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering.
Minimum of 15+ years of experience including 3-5 years in a team leadership role.
Proven expertise in RTL design, Verilog, and SystemVerilog.
Experience with low-power methodologies and power analysis, including UPF/CLP flows.
Familiarity with synthesis, static timing analysis, DFT, CDC/RDC checks, ECO flows, and related documentation.

Knowledge of physical design and verification methods.

Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl) for automation and methodology improvement.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
