- 操作並監控廠務系統及設備運行（空調 / 電力 / 水 / 廢水處理 / 排氣 / 消防 / CDA（壓縮乾燥空氣）及大宗氣體 / 安全門禁與監控等系統）。
- 定期巡檢（檢查並記錄）廠務系統及設備運行狀況。
- 定期維護並確保廠務系統及設備正常運作。
- 修繕廠務系統及設備（包含建築土木部分）。
- 每日交接班報告及維護報告。
- 年度目標設定與達成。
- 跟進其他主管交辦事項。

What you'll do
- The technician will operate and monitor facility systems and equipment, ensuring their proper functioning through regular inspections and maintenance. They will also be responsible for repairing systems and preparing daily handover and maintenance reports.
