About this role

NVIDIA is looking for an Inception Partner Manager – Physical AI to join our Startup Ecosystem team in Israel. This is a high-impact, specialized technical business development role, developed for a leader passionate about the intersection of digital and physical worlds. The role focuses on leading NVIDIA’s relationships with innovative Israeli startups in Computer Vision, Robotics, and Autonomous Systems, while working closely with internal NVIDIA teams to recruit, support, and accelerate high-potential companies.

As the Physical AI lead in Israel, you will drive the adoption of NVIDIA Isaac and Metropolis platforms, enabling developers to build AI-powered systems that sense, reason, and act. You will play a key role in advancing NVIDIA’s vision for smarter, safer, and more efficient environments — from autonomous robotics to technology-powered smart infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Identify, engage, and recruit the most relevant and promising startups in Israel specializing in Physical AI, Computer Vision, and Robotics to join the NVIDIA Inception program.

  • Position NVIDIA’s specialized tools, libraries, and SDKs with the local developer community to accelerate their development cycles and accelerate their path to market.

  • Act as the "Voice of the Inception Member" by developing a detailed understanding of their technical goals and business strategies to ensure NVIDIA’s platforms evolve with their needs.

  • Partner with a local and distributed team, including Solution Architects, Product Management, DevTech, Marketing, and Sales. Together, develop a unified support system for partners and drive collective success.

  • Lead "one-to-many" initiatives, such as tailored workshops and technical content delivery, to encourage widespread implementation of NVIDIA solutions across the Israeli startup landscape.

  • Share Physical AI ecosystem trends, driven insights, and emerging opportunities across the broader company to ensure NVIDIA remains at the forefront of the industry.

  • Support "sell-to" and "sell-with" activities by aligning startups with NVIDIA’s sales teams and global channel partners while sharing local market trends with the wider organization.

What we need to see:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.

  • Minimum of 8+ years of experience in startup accelerators, venture capital, or platform ecosystem development at a major technology company. Experience in executive or management roles within a startup is highly valued.

  • At least 4+ years of experience specifically within Physical AI, Robotics, or Computer Vision sectors, with a deep understanding of the outstanding challenges in these industries.

  • Technical background in AI, including hands-on or conceptual knowledge of model training, simulation, inference, Intelligent Video Analytics (IVA), and Robotics is required.

  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships across a vast network, from founders and VCs to internal cross-functional teams in large scale.

  • Excellent presentation and communication skills. You must be an effective advocate for NVIDIA Inception, capable of articulating sophisticated technical value propositions to both business and technical audiences.

  • A self-starter who thrives with minimal direction. You are curious, creative, and constantly seeking ways to improve processes and programmatic engagement.

  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with proven experience leading partner initiatives and achieving ambitious goals in a fast-paced environment.

  • Availability to travel domestically and internationally (typically 10% or less).

Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • Technical background using NVIDIA’s Physical AI SDKs, specifically Isaac, Metropolis, COSMOS, GR00T, and the Jetson Embedded Platform, to enable AI in physical environments.

  • Completion of NVIDIA Deep Learning Institute (DLI) courses in Robotics and Omniverse, ideally with instructor-level certification.

  • Consistent track record of leading startup communities and portfolio companies at a top-tier accelerator or global Cloud provider.

  • Demonstrated ability to get results within a sophisticated, collaborative, and matrixed global organization.

  • A natural inclination for owning metrics and analytics to measure and optimize program efficiency and partner success.
