About this role

The Financial and Cloud System Engineering (FCSE) team is responsible for the engine (Unified Commerce Platform) that powers our entire global commerce business, with a focus on NVIDIA marketplace(s), cloud-based subscriptions and usage-based products. We are seeking a visionary Principal Product Manager to guide the strategic direction of our payments architecture. This is a crucial leadership position for someone who is passionate about payments to assist in crafting an outstanding, scalable base that improves revenue and boosts growth!

What you'll be doing:

  • Owning the vision and strategic plan for our payments ecosystem, shaping what's next by analyzing market trends and presenting to leadership.

  • Leading the product strategy for a sophisticated, AI-based payments orchestration layer to optimize approval rates and reduce costs.

  • Shaping the product vision for future foundational services, including our centralized token vault, network token lifecycle management, and PCI compliance strategy.

  • Acting as a key advisor on payments, mentoring our product and engineering teams to ensure our technical decisions are sound, scalable, and commercially optimal.

  • Informing the integration strategy with key payment partners and collaborating with our Fraud team to enhance their risk strategies through expert architectural guidance.


What we need to see:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, a related technical field, or equivalent experience.

  • Background in Product Management, typically 15+ years, with a focus on high-volume FinTech, eCommerce, or payments platforms.

  • Familiarity with the global payments landscape, including experience with payment processing systems and subscription management.

  • A history of building strategic roadmaps, defining product requirements for complex systems, and managing release cycles.

  • Experience collaborating with engineering, data science, finance, legal, and operations teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.


Ways to stand out from the crowd:

  • An MBA or a Master's degree in a relevant field.

  • A background launching initiatives that created substantial revenue growth (e.g., >$150MM) or significant cost savings would be fantastic!

  • Experience building a new product, platform, or operations team from the ground up.

  • Direct experience with ML-based payments orchestration products that include an A/B testing framework.

  • A history of presenting to executive leadership on market trends and growth opportunities, or helping to manage partnerships with major payment networks like Visa or Mastercard.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 240,000 USD - 379,500 USD.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
