What YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

In this position, you will get to:

  • Recruitment & Selection :To support in recruitment and selection process.
  • Industrial Relations: To build and maintain high level of Trust with employees and sure cordial harmonious industrial relations at the factory level
  • Workforce Planning : To plan the labor requirement at all levels/categories of the workforce basis
  • Pre & Post Onboarding: To ensure completion of various Pre & Post Joining activities for all new hire
  • Compensation & Benefits / Payroll: To handle employee grievances related to Salary & Compensation Structure and taxation
  • Statutory Compliance: To ensure all the required all the statutory compliances are followed as per Factories Act
  • Training and Development: To support in preparation and execution of quarterly / half yearly trainings
  • HR Policies : To support in initiating and developing business friendly and sound HR processes, policies and practices.
  • Performance Management : To monitor and facilitate the performance review
  • Database Management : To maintain & update employee database  and provide data analysis / reports as and when required
  • HR Audit: To handle HR Audits for HR Process audit on timely basis.
  • Grievance Redressal & Subject Area

You have:

  • Academic background in MBA / PG in Human Resources or equivalent experience
  • Previous experience in or with 5 to 8 Years in HR Generalists role 
  • Skills
    • HR Expertise and Compliance
    • Interpersonal Skills
    • Planning, Scheduling and Organizing
    • Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint proficiency
    • Prior experience having worked on Workday or a technical bend would be preferred.
    • Manufacturing experience is a must
