<p><span data-contrast="auto"><span data-ccp-parastyle="annotation text">We are seeking talented Freelance Creative Directors across Associate, Mid, and Senior levels to join our creative team. </span></span>As a Creative Director at NVE, you’ll help lead the creative team in developing innovative concepts and executing groundbreaking campaigns. This role bridges strategic thinking and hands-on creativity, with the opportunity to inspire and mentor the next generation of creative talent.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Job Responsibilities</span>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Lead the development of big, bold, breakthrough ideas for brand experiences and campaigns – the kind of work that people talk about</li>
<li>Own mid to large-sized projects independently and oversee all aspects of creative — concept, storytelling and design</li>
<li>Oversee the execution of projects from initial idea to final delivery, ensuring ideas are as magical in execution as they were in concept</li>
<li>Present creative ideas and campaigns to clients, building trust and enthusiasm for the vision</li>
<li>Manage and mentor a team of art directors, copywriters, and other creatives, fostering professional growth</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to innovate and push creative boundaries within the agency and client work</li>
<li>Stay informed about industry trends, tools, and technologies to maintain NVE’s competitive edge</li>
<li>Manage resources, budgets, and timelines and work closely with creative leadership to cast the right teams</li>
<li>Provide constructive feedback to ensure the highest quality of creative output and be an active advocate for building and cultivating creative culture</li>
<li>Cultivate a collaborative, high-performing team culture that emphasizes creativity and inclusion</li>
</ul>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications</span>:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have a portfolio with work people recognize because it’s that good – you have award-winning and press-getting work in it</li>

<li>You are a marketer with ideally a decade plus of experience and at least several years experience managing people and teams</li>
