This role is at the pinnacle of creative leadership, requiring bold vision, strategic acumen, and the ability to inspire a world-class creative team.</p> <p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></span></p> <ul> <li>Oversee the development and execution of high-profile campaigns and brand experiences, ensuring the work meets NVE’s high standards of creativity and craftsmanship</li> <li>Inspire the kind of work that is shared across the industry and the internet – and recognized on the industry’s biggest stages</li> <li>Work with the CCO to drive the overarching creative vision and strategy for the agency globally&nbsp;</li> <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, establishing NVE as a trusted partner</li> <li>Collaborate with senior agency leadership to drive business growth in the region across new verticals&nbsp;</li> <li>Represent the agency as a thought leader in the industry, speaking at conferences, being a voice in social media and judging industry awards shows</li> <li>Mentor senior creative leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and growth</li> <li>Drive the adoption of cutting-edge tools and methodologies to maintain NVE’s competitive edge</li> <li>Champion a culture of inclusivity, creativity, and collaboration across all teams</li> <li>Ensure the agency’s creative work sets industry benchmarks and elevates the NVE brand</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Qualifications:</span></strong></p> <ul> <li>You have 15+ years of enviable experience with significant time spent in leadership roles and a portfolio of industry-leading, award-winning, press-earning work – your portfolio has work people recognize</li> <li>You embody NVE’s behaviors – be courageous, be committed, be curious, be catalysts, and be good citizens</li> <li>You are a marketer and a creative powerhouse but beyond that, you are a business leader who understands strategy, finance and operations, and how to make it all work together&nbsp;</li> <li>You are confident, passionate and have a POV, but not an ego – you know that this work takes teamwork</li> <li>You are a lifelong student of creativity and advertising – you can rattle off a list of your favorite campaigns</li> </ul> <p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Location</span>:&nbsp;</strong></p> <p>We are a hybrid company with hub locations in Los Angeles, New York City and London.
