Construction Inspectors to work on a NYCDDC project in Manhattan, NICET II minimum or equivalent, with 1-2 years of experience on similar construction projects preferred, but entry level candidates will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Inspect construction activities for NYCDDC, prepare daily Inspector reports, confirm Contractor quantities, ensure implementation of MPT.
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications: Diploma or undergraduate degree in Engineering, and/or NICET 2 certification with 1-2 years of experience. Entry level candidates will be considered.Certifications/Licenses: NICET
The pay range for this position in New York is $36-$42/hour; however, base pay offered for this New York–based role may vary and can be higher or lower depending on the candidate’s job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition to base pay, this position may be eligible for a comprehensive range of medical, financial, and other benefits, depending on the role offered. This disclosure is provided in accordance with New York Senate Bill S1326. Base pay information is determined by market location.
