<p class="p1">With 100+ team members and over 14 years of experience, we create tailor-made solutions for highly regulated and complex sectors, always with a <strong>people-first mindset</strong>, modern technology, and an <strong>inclusive, human-centered culture</strong>.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></p> <p class="p1"><strong>Join us as a Senior QA Automation Engineer </strong>to contribute to a challenging project that will test software and hardware in a <strong>real laboratory environment</strong>, ensuring the quality of a complete and interconnected ecosystem of products in the <strong>pharmaceutical industry</strong>.</p> <h3 class="p1">About the Role</h3> <p class="p1">We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer with extensive experience in web and API testing and hybrid environments.</p> <p class="p1">In this role, you will have the opportunity to <strong>lead the QA strategy,</strong> being part of a <strong>cross-functional team</strong> that unifies testing processes across multiple products, designing a <strong>centralized test environment,</strong> and ensuring the quality of systems interacting with physical laboratory equipment and reagent control software.</p> <h4 class="p1">Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li class="p1">Define and lead the <strong>testing strategy</strong>, establishing acceptance criteria and test planning.</li> <li class="p1">Coordinate the QA team, prioritizing efforts and balancing capacity vs. scope.</li> <li>Serve as the <strong>visible QA representative</strong> to Product Owners, Project Managers, and internal stakeholders.</li> <li>Prepare status reports, KPIs, and lead go/no-go discussions.</li> <li>Design, implement, and maintain <strong>scalable automation frameworks</strong> for UI, API, and end-to-end testing.</li> <li>Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and assess the impact of changes on infrastructure and test environments.</li> <li>Estimate testing efforts, maintain documentation, and guide continuous improvement of the QA team.</li> </ul> <h4 class="p4">Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>7+ years of experience in QA, with 2–3 years as a QA Lead / Test Manager.</li> <li>Strong experience in <strong>manual and automated testing</strong>, integration, regression, and API testing.</li> <li>Knowledge of automation frameworks and CI/CD tools (Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Jenkins, GitLab CI, Docker).</li> <li>Experience with test management and reporting tools (TestRail, Xray, JIRA).</li> <li>Technical understanding sufficient to discuss CI/CD and infrastructure impacts with DevOps and development teams.</li> <li>Strong communication skills in English and experience working in Agile environments.</li> <li>Experience working in SAFe or a large-scale Agile environment.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span></li> <li>ISTQB Advanced Test Manager or equivalent certification is preferred.</li> </ul> <h3 class="p1">What to expect from us?</h3> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><strong>Flexible Work &amp; Work-Life Balance:</strong> enjoy options to balance work and personal life, including every other Friday off.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Hybrid Work Mode:</strong> for this specific project, <strong>onsite presence is required 2 days per week</strong>.
