You will ensure reliable test environments, support automation frameworks, and integrate with DevOps and QA processes.</p> <p class="p1">This is a strategic role in which you will act as the <strong>technical backbone of the QA team</strong>, enabling smooth deployment, testing, and integration across products.</p> <h4 class="p1">Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Design, implement, and maintain <strong>test environments</strong> replicating real laboratory conditions.</li> <li>Manage CI/CD pipelines to ensure reliable and automated deployments.</li> <li>Collaborate closely with QA teams to support automation frameworks and testing requirements.</li> <li>Oversee containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes) and coordinate with cloud platforms if needed.</li> <li>Monitor system health, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and ensure high availability of test environments.</li> <li class="p1">Provide guidance on test environment planning, versioning, and configuration management.</li> </ul> <h4 class="p4">Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>5+ years of experience in DevOps, Systems Engineering, or related roles.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with <strong>CI/CD pipelines</strong> (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions).</li> <li>Strong knowledge of <strong>containers and orchestration</strong> (Docker, Kubernetes).</li> <li>Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) is a plus.</li> <li>Experience supporting QA and automation teams in regulated or complex environments.</li> <li class="p1">Strong communication skills in <strong>English</strong> and experience working in Agile environments.</li> </ul> <h3 class="p1">What to expect from us?</h3> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><strong>Flexible Work &amp; Work-Life Balance:</strong> enjoy options to balance work and personal life, including every other Friday off.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Hybrid Work Mode:</strong> for this specific project, <strong>onsite presence is required 2 days per week</strong>.
