With 100+ team members and over 14 years of experience, we foster a collaborative culture that encourages professional growth and personal well-being.</p> <p class="p1">Join us as a <strong>QA Automation Engineer</strong> to work on a <strong>real laboratory testing environment</strong>, contributing both to <strong>manual and automated testing</strong> for a <strong>complete and interconnected ecosystem of products</strong> in the pharmaceutical industry.</p> <h3 class="p1">About the Role</h3> <p class="p1">We are looking for a <strong>well-rounded QA Automation Engineer</strong> who can design and execute <strong>manual functional tests</strong> as well as create and maintain <strong>automated test cases</strong> within an existing framework.</p> <p class="p1">You will&nbsp;<strong>extend and maintain the test automation suite</strong>&nbsp;while handling <strong>day-to-day QA activities</strong> such as regression, integration, smoke testing, and bug verification. This role is ideal for someone with strong <strong>test design skills, attention to detail, and solid QA execution experience</strong>.</p> <h4 class="p1">Key Responsibilities</h4> <ul> <li>Design, execute, and maintain <strong>manual test cases</strong> with clear coverage and traceability to requirements.</li> <li>Maintain and add <strong>automated test cases</strong> within existing automation frameworks.</li> <li>Execute <strong>regression, integration, and verification tests</strong> as part of day-to-day QA.</li> <li>Report defects and collaborate with developers to ensure quality.</li> <li class="p1">Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices.</li> </ul> <h4 class="p4">Qualifications</h4> <ul> <li>3–5 years of QA experience.&nbsp;</li> <li>Strong test design skills with clear, well-structured test cases.</li> <li>Solid experience with <strong>JIRA/Xray</strong> or similar test management tools.</li> <li>Experience maintaining and extending automated tests within an existing framework (<strong>automation support, not framework design</strong>).</li> <li>Good communication skills in <strong>English</strong> and experience working in Agile environments.</li> </ul> <h3 class="p1">What to expect from us?</h3> <ul class="ul1"> <li class="li1"><strong>Flexible Work &amp; Work-Life Balance:</strong> enjoy options to balance work and personal life, including every other Friday off.</li> <li class="li1"><strong>Hybrid Work Mode:</strong> for this specific project, <strong>onsite presence is required 2 days per week</strong>.
