<p data-start="411" data-end="710">We’re looking for a <strong data-start="514" data-end="531">Product Owner</strong> to join a strategic data transformation program for a <strong>global healthcare</strong> client, focused on <strong>unifying complex data ecosystems and enabling better clinical and operational insights</strong>. You’ll play a key role in ensuring that each release delivers real value by helping transform fragmented medical and diagnostic data into a cohesive, scalable data platform. This role goes beyond backlog management; it’s about aligning technology, data, and business goals to support innovation in healthcare and patient outcomes.</p>
<h3><strong>🧠</strong> What You’ll Do</h3>
<p>As a <strong data-start="1077" data-end="1094">Product Owner</strong>, you will work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA engineers, data engineers, and business stakeholders to bring the vision of a large-scale healthcare data platform to life.</p>
<p>Your main responsibilities will include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Own and evolve the <strong>product roadmap</strong>, aligning it with <strong>business strategy and customer needs.</strong></li>
<li>Translate business requirements into <strong>clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria</strong>.</li>
<li>Manage and <strong>prioritize the product backlog</strong> to ensure continuous value delivery.</li>
<li>Collaborate with Data Engineering, BI, QA, and Governance teams across the full product lifecycle.</li>
<li><strong>Drive data-driven product decisions</strong> using analytics and stakeholder insights.</li>
<li>Ensure alignment with data governance, security, and compliance standards.</li>
<li>Apply <strong>Agile best practices (Scrum/Kanban) </strong>using tools like Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.</li>
<li>Communicate complex technical concepts in clear business language.</li>
<li>Stay current with AI, data, and healthcare technology trends.</li>
</ul>
<h3><strong>✅ </strong>What We’re Looking For</h3>
<ul>
<li><strong>3+ years</strong> of experience as a Technical Product Owner.</li>
<li>Strong experience in Agile environments (Scrum/Kanban).</li>
<li>Experience working with<strong> data products or platforms </strong>(e.g., Snowflake, BigQuery, Azure Data Lake).</li>
<li>Experience with data modeling, APIs, and data integration.</li>
<li>Strong analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of <strong>data governance, security, and compliance best practices</strong>.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.</li>
<li>Fluency in <strong>English and Spanish.</strong></li>
<li>SQL experience and STLC exposure are a plus.</li>
<li>Healthcare experience is a plus.</li>
<li>Experience with AI/ML concepts or data science tools is advantageous.</li>
<li>Positive, proactive attitude in fast-paced environments.</li>
