This seasonal position has an anticipated duration of March 2026 – September 2026.

 

What You'll Do:

  • Effectively follow operational plans to ensure efficient flow of customer products.
  • Review bill of lading to pick orders in a safe, timely, and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all orders are efficiently staged and checked for accuracy.
  • Prioritize the loading of trailers per order of delivery with use of forklift.
  • Safely receive bulk liquid, transferring product to appropriate holding tank.
  • Inspect all received goods noting damages and ensuring storage in proper location.
  • Legibly and accurately complete bills of lading, routing to correct locations.
  • Actively follow safety procedures for different types of equipment, wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.
  • Inspect equipment and facility for safety deficiencies, notifying Warehouse Manager immediately of risks for injuries or possible damages.
  • Maintain warehouse in orderly fashion and store products according to Agrichemical Warehousing Standards (AWS).
  • As assigned, complete in-house equipment repairs in a timely manner.
  • As needed, assist with production lines contributing to a positive team environment. 
  • Perform other duties and assignments to meet operational needs of the business.

What You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent certificate.
  • An engaged safety-first mindset, committing to safe work practices through Key Daily Actions.
  • Follow through on assigned tasks from start to finish.
  • Accountability to team with dependable attendance and completing share of workload.
  • Attention to detail when completing paperwork for inventory counts.
  • Ability to learn and regularly follow emergency response, safety, and warehouse operational procedures.
  • Ability to move 50 – 60 pounds.
  • Successfully complete training to safely operate a forklift (centering loads, maintaining visibility, proper refueling, and following work area speed limits).
  • Prior experience operating machinery such as a forklift is a bonus but not required.
  • Knowledge of SAP software is a plus but not required.
