What You'll Do:

  • Generate process orders; and verify required HALB and Packaging inventory levels to adequately produce the orders; investigate shortages and resolve issues.
  • Process production paperwork: enter batch sheet information into SAP – work closely with QA Lab to get needed releases in an efficient manner.
  • Responsible for Cycle Count inventory processes to ensure accuracy and timely execution. Participate in quarterly inventory count processes.
  • Maintain inventory records with accurate and detail information when inventory adjustments are necessary.
  • Prepare reports for customers as required (receiving, shipments, production, inventory, damages, etc.).
  • Process invoices for finished products, warehouse storage costs, cleanouts, and special billings to customers.
  • Provide back-up coverage for other inventory specialists and other office staff when required, training, as necessary.
  • On daily and monthly basis lead efforts to reduce and eliminate shop order variances. Note errors and develop plans to eliminate the error sources.
  • Input into SAP daily receivers and look for inaccuracies in either customer receiver amounts or errors from receiving area. Use available information including BOL from customers as well as weight tickets or additional information.
  • Provide friendly and professional support to tolling customers.

What You'll Bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • 5+ years work experience in supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory preferred.
  • Knowledge of SAP or equivalent business software considered an asset.
