What You'll Do:
- Be compliant with plant policies and safety procedures.
- Formulate batches of chemical products based on recipes.
- Maintain a safe, clean work areas.
- Monitor quality throughout the process.
- Safe Handling of liquid and powdered chemicals.
- Run and monitor equipment.
- Perform minor maintenance.
- Limit waste and assure accurate inventory.
- Adhere to work and break schedules.
- Operate forklift, yard truck, and move trailers as required.
- Ensure the quality and integrity of all LPI Products.
- Accurately complete required paperwork.
- Model our core value of safety by enabling a culture in which you are actively contributing to a safe work environment.
What You'll Bring:
- High School diploma or equivalent education or minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar environment in lieu of education.
- Forklift operator experience preferred.
- Ability to pass a written forklift operator examination and skill test.

What you'll do
- The Formulator I will be responsible for formulating batches of chemical products, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and maintaining clean work areas. Additionally, they will monitor quality throughout the process and operate necessary equipment.
