What You'll Do:
- Load or assist in loading trailer with materials
- Unload or assist in unloading trailer by using forklift or hand truck
- Operate semi-truck with one or two trailers, according to state laws
- Transport loads over required route to proper destinations, observing all traffic laws and safety regulations
- Conduct standard DOT truck inspection
- Complete all company and DOT required paperwork
- Complete shipping bills of lading, receive necessary signatures, and return completed paperwork to shipping office
- Maintain any related records required
- Perform miscellaneous service duties such as checking, on a daily basis, oil, water, gasoline, and air in tires
- Report any maintenance malfunctions to maintenance dept
- Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
- A CDL required; hazmat endorsement preferred
- Must have a driving record that meets company standards
- Must meet Department of Transportation physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening
- Must be able to lift and move up to 50 pounds

The salary range for this role, in Coachella, CA location, is between $20.00 - $28.75. While we provide this range as general guidance, several factors are taken into consideration when making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, candidate skill set, experience and training, licensure and certifications, work location, and other business and organizational needs. Actual salary and benefits may differ based upon location.
We provide an attractive benefits package that includes comprehensive medical, dental, vision coverage, and life insurance and well as disability coverage for positions working more than 30 hours per week. In addition, we have a retirement program that encourages our employees to save for the longer term, with generous matching employer contributions. - The Class A CDL Delivery Driver is responsible for loading and unloading trailers, operating semi-trucks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Additional duties include conducting truck inspections and maintaining related records.
