What You'll Do:

As an integral part of a well-established and highly successful Nutrien Ag Solutions insurance division, this role has responsibility for servicing and growing the Nutrien insurance business with the support of our partners.

 

The focus of your role will include:

  • Work closely with our business partners and stakeholders
  • Providing a high level of client service to enable effective relationship management.
  • Dealing with our client’s and stakeholders at Nutrien sites and facilitate insurance meetings to grow the existing insurance portfolio.
  • Manage client insurance accounts including processing renewals, claims management, policy document management and general client enquiries
  • Offering additional products and services to clients as you manage the renewal process.
  • Achieving budgeted revenue for retention, and growth on existing and new business.
  • Policy maintenance.
  • Driving growth thru new business opportunities  

What You'll Bring:

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

 

  • A strong insurance sales background with a proven track record.
  • A strong insurance broking background and formal tertiary qualification in business, finance or a related discipline would be advantageous and FSR Tier 1 training via a reputable industry body (e.g. ANZIIF, NIBA) would be highly regarded
  • The ability to constantly look for opportunities with a readiness to get out and meet with your clients will ensure the growth of your portfolio. 
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills complemented by a driven, passionate and professional disposition.
  • Working autonomously with the business network to drive growth 
  • Previous experience in building rapport with your client base and generating new leads.
