What you’ll do

Supporting business in India, you’ll play a key role in translating business priorities into impactful people solutions. You will be responsible for:

• Acting as a partner to business leaders, translating business strategy into clear HR priorities and annual people plans

• Driving performance, talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning to build future-ready organisational capability

• Embedding HR programs and global processes across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring alignment with the HR operating model

You’ll also advise partners on people decisions using HR analytics and insights, lead change initiatives to strengthen organisational effectiveness, and collaborate with HR Centres of Excellence and HR Services to deliver consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who is responsible, accountable, and ready to Own this role. A confident and credible HR professional who can influence stakeholders, navigate complexity, and lead with impact.

You’ll also need:

• Strong experience as an HR Business Partner in a complex, matrixed organisation

• Proven capability in performance management, talent development, organisational design, and change management

• Solid understanding of HR policies, local labour laws, and compliance requirements

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into practical business advice

• Confidence working with both local leadership teams and global stakeholders
