What You'll Do:

As a Production Supervisor at Nucor Tubular Products in Cedar Springs, you will drive success by leading a team to achieve and exceed production targets in the safest, most profitable way. You will concentrate on day-to-day operations, ensuring tasks are completed and immediate goals are met. You will directly oversee a team of about 8-20 teammates and manage revenue of about $40 million dollars.

What You'll Need:

• 5 years of demonstrated experience leading teams
• 2-4 years of experience in manufacturing environments and high pace production lines
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that can include 60+ hour work weeks – days and night shift included
• Proficiency at creating excel spreadsheets
• Proficiency in developing and presenting PowerPoint presentations
• Experience in powder coating, high frequency welding or galvanizing is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Willingness to relocate is a plus
