This is a high-leverage role where you will act as a strategic anchor, not only for your immediate team but for the Product function across the entire organization. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between complex technology and world-class consumer experiences.</p> <h3><strong>You'll be responsible for</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>Strategic Vision &amp; Roadmap:</strong> Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle for our crypto initiatives, defining a high-impact roadmap that scales our offerings globally.</li> <li><strong>"Hiding the Crypto":</strong> Leading the design of "invisible" blockchain experiences. You will use abstraction to deliver the speed and transparency of decentralized finance without forcing users to manage private keys or understand blockchain fees.</li> <li><strong>Strategic Mentorship:</strong> Raising the bar for the entire Crypto Business Unit by mentoring Lead and Senior PMs on product craft, execution velocity, and navigating the complexity of Web3.</li> <li><strong>Cross-Functional Leadership:</strong> Partnering across business units to align roadmaps, identify synergies, and ensure the Crypto Business Unit contributes to Nu’s broader strategic goals.</li> <li><strong>Business Excellence: </strong>Analyzing unit economics, benchmarking the competitive landscape, and defining KPIs that ensure our products deliver both user value and business impact.</li> <li><strong>Operational Rituals:</strong> Managing OKRs and long-term planning in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment, ensuring the team maintains high delivery standards.</li> </ul> <h3><strong>We are looking for a person who has</strong></h3> <ul> <li><strong>High-Scale Consumer Expertise:</strong> Years of experience building and scaling financial products that millions of people use and trust.</li> <li><strong>Technical Domain Fluency:</strong> A deep understanding of digital assets and decentralized infrastructure.
