Your role at a glance

This role supports the Finance function of a global REIT Manager with data center assets across the US, Europe, and Singapore.

The position offers broad, hands-on exposure to accounting, reporting, tax, payments, and audit-related matters in a lean team environment, with the opportunity to work closely with senior finance leadership. It provides a strong learning platform for candidates seeking to grow beyond a transactional role and develop towards Finance Manager or Controller positions.

What we are looking for

Key Roles and Responsibilities
Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Prepare monthly and quarterly standalone financial statements
• Support consolidated financial reporting in accordance with IFRS / local accounting standards
• Assist in year-end closing and audit processes, including coordination with external auditors
• Maintain general ledger, journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations

 

Tax

• Support preparation of corporate income tax and GST filings
• Liaise with external tax advisors across different jurisdictions
• Assist in responding to tax-related queries and reviews

 

Payment & Treasury Operations

• Process vendor payments, expense claims, and other disbursements
• Prepare payment runs and supporting documents
• Support bank reconciliations and basic cash management activities

 

Compliance & Other

• Support preparation of financial information for regulatory and internal reporting
• Assist in maintaining internal controls and finance process documentation
• Support ad-hoc finance projects and cross-functional initiatives

 

Knowledge & Attributes

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Willingness to handle both routine work and more complex tasks
• Able to manage multiple deadlines in a lean team
• Good communication skills and a proactive mindset
• Comfortable working in English (written and spoken)

 

Academic Qualifications & Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in finance / accounting or related field preferred.
• CPA or equivalent professional qualification is preferred

 

Required Experience

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance (audit firm experience or fund/asset management experience is a plus)
• Basic understanding of consolidation, tax, and financial reporting
• Experience working with accounting systems and Excel
