Job Summary
As an SAP Public Cloud Leader at NTT DATA Business Solutions India, you will spearhead the end-to-end delivery and adoption of SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud solutions for our clients. This strategic role combines solution leadership, practice development, and client engagement to drive digital transformation aligned with NTT DATA’s global SAP excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and grow the SAP Public Cloud Center of Excellence (CoE) in India.
- Define methodologies, accelerators, and best practices for SAP Public Cloud implementations.
- Mentor consultants and build capability across functional and technical streams.
- Lead Fit-to-Standard workshops, blueprinting, and configuration for SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud projects.
- Ensure compliance with SAP Activate methodology and NTT DATA proprietary accelerators.
- Oversee integration with SAP BTP, Ariba, SuccessFactors, and third-party systems.
- Act as a trusted advisor for CXOs and business leaders on SAP Public Cloud strategy.
- Drive adoption through value-based roadmaps, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Stay ahead of SAP roadmap, localization requirements (e.g., GST, e-invoicing), and industry best practices.
- Promote RISE with SAP and cloud extensibility options for clients.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 12+ years in SAP consulting with at least 3 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud implementations.
- Proven track record in leading multi-country rollouts and complex integration landscapes.
- Deep knowledge of SAP modules (Finance, Procurement, O2C, Supply Chain, TM).
- Familiarity with SAP Central Business Configuration (CBC), Fiori apps, and extensibility tools.
- Exposure to SAP BTP, CPI integrations, and cloud security standards.
- Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage global stakeholders.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills for executive-level discussions.
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, IT, or Business Administration.
- SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud certification preferred.
