Provide 24x7 operational support with end-to-end ownership of SLAs, KPIs, and service availability Handle L3/L4 escalations, root cause analysis, and preventive actions Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change, Release) Perform impact analysis, risk assessment, rollback planning, and validation Support modernization initiatives including containerization and platform consolidation Design, implement, and support HA/DR architectures, including: Perform DR drills, failover testing, and documentation Perform performance tuning (thread pools, JVM tuning, connection pools) Implement security best practices, including SSL/TLS, certificates, hardening, and access controls
