This role is uniquely focused on managing and prioritizing the demand for digital solutions and changes originating from various business areas across the bank. The successful candidate will act as the crucial link, translating strategic business needs into a prioritized, manageable technology backlog, ensuring alignment with the bank's security, regulatory, and architectural standards. Experience in product management/ownership in Agile environments. Proven ability to define and prioritize a Product Backlog Experience working for a banking or financial services organisation. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Be the primary custodian of the incoming requests raised by business stakeholders. Deep working knowledge of Agile frameworks (Scrum) and associated tools (e.g., Jira). Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the development team. Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Provide clear, timely direction and acceptance of completed user stories during the sprint. Ensure that delivered features meet acceptance criteria and deliver the intended business and customer value.
