Design, build, and maintain CRMA dashboards, lenses, and datasets. Develop and manage dataflows, recipes, and transformations in CRM Analytics. Integrate data from Salesforce and external sources using connectors and APIs. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytics solutions. Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and security compliance. Implement row-level security, sharing inheritance, and user access controls. Provide documentation, training, and ongoing support to business users. Troubleshoot and resolve CRMA performance and data issues. 3+ years of experience with Salesforce Analytics solutions. Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CRMA / Tableau CRM / Einstein Analytics. Proficiency in SAQL, dataflows, and recipes. Solid understanding of Salesforce data model (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud preferred). Experience with Salesforce security, roles, profiles, and permission sets. Good in communication and stakeholder management abilities.
