We are currently seeking a Web-Java Architect to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

"Role: Own the strategy, governance, and architecture for modern web and cross-platform/mobile apps backed by Java services.

Responsibilities:
• Define front-end/back-end reference architectures and blueprints (React/Angular + Java/Spring).
• Set and enforce WCAG 2.1, Core Web Vitals, SEO, and responsiveness standards.
• Lead API design (REST/GraphQL), integration patterns, and eventing.
• Ensure integration with Client IAM (SSO/MFA; OAuth2/OIDC/SAML).
• Oversee security (OWASP), data governance, observability (logs/metrics/traces), and reliability SLOs.
• Guide mobile deliverables to meet Apple App Store / Google Play guidelines.
• Mentor teams; drive CI/CD, feature flags, and rapid iteration practices.

Requirements:
• 8+ years building web/mobile apps; 3+ in an architect/principal role.
• Deep Java (Java 17+) and Spring Boot; strong React/Angular; exposure to Flutter/Swift.
• Proven delivery of WCAG 2.1 and Core Web Vitals outcomes; SEO/SSR experience.
• Hands-on with OAuth2/OIDC/SAML, containers (Docker/K8s), and a major cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and documentation skills."
