  • Support expense reporting, invoice processing, and administrative tracking

Administrative & Team Coordination

  • Coordinate internal meetings, leadership sessions, and department events

  • Serve as a point of contact between VP/SVP leaders and internal teams for administrative needs

  • Assist with onboarding logistics or team coordination as needed

Limited Travel Support

  • Provide logistical support for meetings or events as needed (travel is not a primary function)

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and modern productivity tools

  • Experience supporting projects or initiatives beyond traditional admin work is a plus
