Purpose of the Role

Partnerships are a core pillar of nShift’s growth strategy. We are looking for a Partner Manager to build and scale a strong ecosystem of partnerships and alliances that support our growth and market expansion. As a key member of a growing team, you will own and manage partner engagements, helping advance our product over the long term while creating clear value for our customers.

This role is focused on developing revenue-generating partnerships with eCommerce platforms, SaaS vendors, system integrators, logistics technology providers, and strategic solution partners. You will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to drive partner-led growth through co-selling and joint go-to-market initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings a strong commercial partnership background combined with technical understanding, particularly within eCommerce, SaaS platforms, and API- or data-driven integrations

Key Areas of Responsibility

  • Own and scale nShift’s Nordic partner ecosystem, including eCommerce platforms, SaaS providers, system integrators, and logistics technology partners.

  • Drive partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue by executing joint go-to-market initiatives and co-selling motions in close collaboration with Nordic sales teams.

  • Build, expand, and manage strategic partner relationships, engaging both commercial and technical stakeholders to unlock new market and customer opportunities.

  • Develop and execute partner and territory strategies informed by market research to accelerate market penetration and growth.

  • Recruit, onboard, and enable high-value strategic partners while strengthening performance and collaboration with existing partners.

  • Track partner performance through KPIs and quarterly business reviews, continuously optimizing partner contribution and strategic impact.

  • Align and mobilize internal stakeholders to support partner objectives and deliver against established bookings targets.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven experience in partnerships, alliances, channel sales, or business development within  SaaS, logistics tech, or platform-based businesses.

  • Experience with CRM software

  • Experience working with or alongside:

    • eCommerce platforms or

    • ERP/WMS/OMS/ERP solutions or

    • System integrators or technology partners

  • Commercial mindset with the ability to drive revenue through indirect and co-sell models.

  • Comfortable engaging both business and technical stakeholders.

  • Understanding of sales performance metrics

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international, and growth-oriented environment.

  • Fluent in English and one of: Swedish/Finnish/Norwegian/Danish
