We are seeking for a Senior Project Manager – Food service to join our team in Gurugram, India who will act as the single point of contact for assigned clients and ensure seamless, end to end delivery of NSF Services. This role requires strong client management, cross functional coordination, and ownership of service delivery, client satisfaction, and Business expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Management & Service Delivery
Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for assigned clients, ensuring smooth and timely delivery of all NSF services.
Manage high impact and /or complex client accounts, ensuring service quality, responsiveness, and adherence to agreed timelines.
Provide clear guidance to clients on NSF service requirements, processes, and deliverables.
Organize, lead and document client meetings, including Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs)
Cross -Functional Coordination
Coordinate closely with audit delivery teams, sales and other internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of audits and services.
Support audit planning, scheduling, delivery tracking and closure, ensuring alignment between clients and internal teams.
Manager pre-review, entry, and validation of customer and product data in NSF systems.
Oversee audit invoicing and financial tracking, ensuring accuracy, timely billing , and alignment with all terms.
Client Satisfaction, NPS & Continuous Improvement
Drive client satisfaction and retention by proactively addressing concerns and ensuring consistent service quality.
Collect, analyze and track of client feedback and Net Promoter Scores, translating insights into action plans and service improvements.
Share regular account updates with internal teams and follow up on agreed actions to improve client experience.
Business Growth & Retention
Identify opportunities for client expansion, cross selling, and upselling of NSF services within assigned accounts
Support long-term client retention strategies through strong relationship management and value-driven engagement
Conduct trend analysis across accounts to identify risks, improvement areas, and growth opportunities
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
3+ years of experience in a client-facing role in a services industry
Technical background or exposure to Food Safety, Food Equipment, Food Service, or related regulatory environments is a strong advantage.
Strong commitment to service excellence – with a solution-oriented mindset to support and guide clients effectively.
Results-driven and self-motivated, with the ability to independently manage multiple projects and priorities
High attention to detail with excellent organizational, coordination and documentation skills.
Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills.
