About this role

The Senior Compensation Manager (Hybrid Ann Arbor) is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing NSF International’s global compensation programs to ensure market competitiveness, internal equity, and compliance with international regulations. This role requires expertise in executive compensation, global pay structures, sales incentive plan design, and equity programs. The position will also support compensation integration during mergers and acquisitions.
