Electrical & Automation Engineer

Responsibilities / Trách nhiệm

• Work at NS BlueScope Vietnam Co., Ltd., Phu My Industrial Zone – Ba Ria–Vung Tau Province.
  (Company provides daily transportation from Bien Hoa and Vung Tau.)
  Làm việc tại Công ty TNHH NS BlueScope Việt Nam, KCN Phú Mỹ I – Bà Rịa–Vũng Tàu.
  (Công ty có xe đưa đón hằng ngày từ Biên Hòa/Vũng Tàu đến Công ty và ngược lại.)
• Ensure the performance and reliability of all electrical, PLC, SCADA, DCS, sensors, instrumentation, and control systems.
  Đảm bảo hiệu suất và độ tin cậy của toàn bộ hệ thống điện, PLC, SCADA, DCS, cảm biến, thiết bị đo lường và điều khiển.
• Implement and monitor proactive and periodic maintenance plans to maintain equipment availability and safety.
  Triển khai và giám sát kế hoạch bảo trì chủ động và định kỳ nhằm duy trì độ sẵn sàng và an toàn của thiết bị.
• Collect data, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions to minimize equipment downtime.
  Thu thập dữ liệu, phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ sự cố và thực hiện hành động khắc phục nhằm giảm thiểu thời gian ngừng máy.
• Develop and update work instructions and standard procedures for electrical and automation operations & maintenance.
  Xây dựng và cập nhật hướng dẫn công việc, quy trình vận hành – bảo trì điện và tự động hóa.
• Participate in technical improvement, automation, and digitalization projects to enhance reliability and productivity.
  Tham gia các dự án cải tiến kỹ thuật, tự động hóa quy trình và chuyển đổi số dữ liệu thiết bị, nâng cao độ tin cậy và hiệu quả sản xuất.
• Support technical capability development for the maintenance team and assist in department initiatives.
  Hỗ trợ phát triển năng lực kỹ thuật cho đội ngũ bảo trì và tham gia thực hiện các dự án của bộ phận bảo trì.

Requirements/ Yêu cầu

• University degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Automation Engineering.
  Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Điện, Điện tử hoặc Tự động hóa.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in an industrial manufacturing environment.
  Có ít nhất 03 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương trong nhà máy sản xuất công nghiệp.
• Strong knowledge of PLC/SCADA/DCS systems and industrial electrical equipment.
  Hiểu biết sâu về hệ thống điều khiển PLC/SCADA/DCS và các thiết bị điện công nghiệp.
• Experience in proactive maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and control system improvement.
  Có kinh nghiệm trong lập kế hoạch bảo trì chủ động, xử lý sự cố và cải tiến hệ thống điều khiển – tự động hóa.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  Kỹ năng phân tích, giải quyết vấn đề và ra quyết định hiệu quả.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  Kỹ năng giao tiếp và làm việc nhóm tốt.
• Good English communication skills, especially for reading technical documents and daily communication.
  Tiếng Anh giao tiếp tốt, có thể đọc hiểu tài liệu kỹ thuật và trao đổi công việc.

Note: Working schedule: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.The position mainly follows office hours, with flexibility to work in shifts when operationally required

Thời gian làm việc: 8:00 sáng – 4:30 chiều, từ thứ Hai đến thứ Sáu. Vị trí này chủ yếu làm việc theo giờ hành chính, có thể linh hoạt làm việc theo ca nếu có yêu cầu công việc.
